We will provide a bag to you that can be filled with as many items as possible, typically up to 8 kilo grams. This service is perfect for those items that do not require ironing and dry cleaning. We will be gentle with your clothes and choose a suitable wash cycle, then thoroughly dry, and immaculately fold your items. You are welcome to pack the bag to the brim.

Need some help?
1. What are the working hours for Laundry Lounge?
You can avail of the services at Laundry Lounge from Monday to Friday Fri: 8 AM – 11 PM, and on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: 9 AM – 9 PM. Online bookings for pick-up and drop-off services are available. Or, you can also drop by for Self Service Cleaning.
2. How long does it take you to turn around laundry?
At the Laundry Lounge, the turnaround time for pick-up and drop-off service is 24 hours, depending on the weight of your laundry. However, we do offer same-day turnaround for an additional fee. For self-service, the turnaround time is 1 hour or more depending on your laundry load.
3. How is the washing done?
We exercise extreme care by sorting your laundry by its color and fabric, choosing high-efficiency gentle detergents, correct temperature water, and the perfect fabric conditioners depending on your fabric type. Our methods ensure complete stain removal and damage prevention.
4. What brand of detergent and other products do you use?
Laundry Lounge uses environment and skin-friendly detergents and fabric softeners, allowing your clothes to stay fresh and clean. However, if you have preferences suitable to your allergies, feel free to bring your detergent along.
5. Does Laundry Lounge Wash and Fold Service have a minimum order size?
We offer a wash-and-fold bag in which you can typically fill up to 8 kg of laundry (available for pick up and delivery). For each laundry bag, you will be charged according to our pricing policies.
However, you can choose between Per item pricing and Per 8kg bag pricing.
But do bear in mind that Laundry Lounge will not charge less in case your 8 kg load contains only a single shirt (for wash and fold), if it involves pick-up and delivery.
However, you are welcome to add fewer clothes.
6. Can I provide special instructions for my laundry?
Yes. We ask our customers to convey their specific needs, such as the use of hypoallergenic detergent or air drying when we take in orders.
7. What are the costs of wash and fold services? Are any discounts available?
We charge based on weight and also offer certain discounts for larger loads. Feel free to check our website or talk to our staff for more details on pricing. You can avail from 20% to 30% off on member cards.
8. First Order? Worry Not.
If this is your first time, here’s what you need to do- Once you’ve booked our services, collect your clothes in a heap and our delivery associate will collect them from you at your desired location in a bag provided by us. After 24 hours, your laundry will be delivered to your doorstep- Clean and fresh!
