How does laundry lounge work?
Book a Free Pick Up online, or by WhatsApp or drop into our store for Self Service Cleaning.
What's the turnaround time?
In store self service is typically 1 hour cycle of wash and dry, however with Free pick up and delivery at your doorstep, by our delivery associate it is within 24 hours.
What do i prepare for my first order?
Collect the clothes in a heap. Our delivery associate will drop by your hotel or residence and collect them for you in a bag provided by us.
How will i know what will be my final bill?
If you have used the standard wash and folder service or home care service, you will be charged per bag. For any additional service please refer to the pricing page.
can you remove stains?
We have the top of the line soft chemicals and compounds to remove stains of all kinds. We will discuss the options with you once your clothes are being processed, and, if are not able to remove the stains with our first line of treatment.
