What Are Laundry Lounge Timings of Operation?

You can avail of the services at Laundry Lounge from Monday to Friday : 8 AM – 11 PM, and on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: 9 AM – 9 PM. Online bookings for pick-up and drop-off services are available. Or, you can also drop by for Self Service Cleaning.

What's the turnaround time?

At the Laundry Lounge, the turnaround time for pick-up and drop-off service is 24 hours, depending on the weight of your laundry. However, we do offer same-day turnaround for areas within Marina and JLT. For self-service, the turnaround time is 1 hour or more depending on your laundry load.

What To Do If This Is My First Order?

If this is your first time, here’s what you need to do- Once you’ve booked our services, collect your clothes in a heap and our delivery associate will collect them from you at your desired location in a bag provided by us. After 24 hours, your laundry will be delivered to your doorstep- Clean and fresh!

How will i know how much my bill is?

Before you book us, be sure to go through the various services we offer and also check the pricing policies here. Once you have decided on what to choose, go ahead with the booking. Or, you can simply WhatsApp us and get to know all about our services by talking to our experienced customer care representatives.

Can I provide special care instructions for my laundry ?

Yes. We ask our customers to convey their specific needs, such as the use of hypoallergenic detergent or air drying when we take in orders. Laundry Lounge uses environment and skin-friendly detergents and fabric softeners, allowing your clothes to stay fresh and clean.

We use gentle chemical solvents instead of water to clean clothes- which is more suited for special items like your coats and dresses. We gently treat your delicate fabrics ensuring 0% shrinkage, color fading, or other damage.

Yes, Laundry Lounge provides pick and drop services to all localities all over Dubai.
