Laundry Lounge Terms Regarding Cancellation and Pick Up
We May Cancel Your Order If
We can cancel your order under the following conditions:
- You don’t make your items available for us to pick up.
- An event takes place that we can’t control (like a natural disaster or extreme bad weather conditions).
- We find an item that doesn’t belong in your order, is already damaged, is missing care instructions, or is something we don’t clean (Like carpets, leather boots, or latex dresses).
We will contact you by phone or email.
Pick Up and Delivery
We’ll try our best to pick up and drop off your items according to the scheduled times, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays. Although we cannot promise timely pick-ups and deliveries, we can promise to keep you in the loop and let you know if there are any delays.
- If you don’t pick up or arrange delivery for your items within 90 days of the scheduled delivery date, we might get rid of them (we will sell them or donate them to charity).
- You can have someone else pick up or receive your items. However, we do not take any responsibility (solely your responsibility). They’ll need to sign for the delivery.
- You can also ask us in writing to leave your items somewhere without getting a signature. Once we agree to this, we will agree to do so entirely at your own risk. If anything happens to the items, we are not to be held responsible.
Payment
All the cleaning services that you ordered through the website, are to be paid for by you.
This includes:
- All the steps that are involved in its process.
- All items that you have placed an order for are through the Laundry Lounge website.
- It applies to the cases when you have under-counted or over-counted the number of items.
- In case of an inaccurate count, we will count items properly and call you to confirm the final count before billing them to your name.
Online and Offline are Separate
All orders that you place online are separate from your transactions in-store. When you order pick up, are scheduled for delivery, or make a payment online, it will remain unrelated to our physical store location. Similarly, all your in-store transactions are separate from your online account.

Only Laundry Lounge owns these.
You agree to respect these rights and accept having no ownership of the Laundry Lounge website or its content. Thus, legally, you are prohibited from copying, selling, changing, sharing, or creating anything new based on our website content, whether completely or partially.
Trademarks and Disclaimer
Laundry Lounge logos and trademarks are legally protected. No one other than the Laundry Lounge owners can use these without our written permission. Our trademarks, products, names, logos, designs, services, and slogans belong to the owners and cannot be used by others without express permission.

Termination of the Contract
Laundry Lounge reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately by blocking your access to the website and services under these conditions:
• When you violate any of these Terms of Use;
• When you misuse the website or services, in the sole discretion of Laundry Lounge.
We are not under any obligation to give any form of notice before termination. We will notify you afterwards as described in these Terms of Use.
